Notification of record date for shareholders to be entitled to attend the AGM and to receive dividend payments

Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to inform that the record date for shareholders to be entitled to attend the 55th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be on Thursday, March 21, 2024. In addition, the company would like to inform that the record date for shareholders to be entitled to receive dividend payments will be on Thursday, May 2, 2024. Dividend payment date is set for Tuesday, May 21, 2024.

Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited, has signed a MOU in the project to promote the setting of targets for industrial greenhouse gas emissions, aiming for the Net Zero GHG Emission goal through the method of Science Based Target (SBT) setting.

On Wednesday, January 31, 2024, Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited and 19 other organizations jointly signed a MOU and opening ceremony for the project to promote the setting of targets for industrial greenhouse gas emissions, aiming for the Net Zero GHG Emission goal through method of Science Based Target setting (SBT). Organized by Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization), in collaboration with Excellence Circular Economy Enterprise, Department of Chemical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Thammasat University. "Under this collaboration, the company will receive technical promotion and support, Science-based target setting (SBT) consultation, and training on reporting, calculating, and quantifying the organization's greenhouse gas emissions. This includes guidance on operational procedures/technologies to achieve the Net Zero Pathway and Net Zero GHG Emission goals.

Invitation to shareholders to propose agenda and/or nominate candidates to be elected as directors

Thai Wacoal receives the first Circular Economy Management System Certification in Thailand

Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited received the first Circular Economy Management System (CEMS) Certification in Thailand from Bureau Veritas Certification (Thailand) Ltd. under the scope of Wacoal brassier. The certification represents the company's commitment to driving sustainable business growth in alignment with the principles of the circular economy. This commitment involves optimizing resource utilization for maximum benefit, including the reuse of raw materials to minimize the use of new resources, as well as the reduction of waste to achieve zero waste through repurposing or recycling materials that have already been used. It helps create circulation in using limited resources and stepping towards a circular economy system through the implementation of key company projects, such as “PET Bottles for a Better Tomorrow” Project : Plastic bottles are recycled and transformed into yarn to design environmentally friendly products, such as lingerie. “Traval Bra” Project : Using natural rubber to replace a wire frame. “Wacoal Braday” Project : Donations of old bras that are no longer used or deteriorated to be systematically managed and disposed of properly, along with converting them into fuel energy, helps reduce community waste, reduce the use of natural resources, and reduce the impact of global warming. “Wacoal Love Earth” Campaign : with the concept “NOT A COLLECTION.
