Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to invite all shareholders to attend the 54th annual general shareholders' meeting on Monday, April 24, 2023 at 9.00 hours at The Chaophaya Room 1 of The Montien Riverside Hotel. The record date for shareholders to be entitled to attend the AGM will be on Tuesday, March 21, 2023.
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to inform that the record date for shareholders to be entitled to attend the 54thAnnual General Meeting of Shareholders will be on Tuesday, March 21, 2023.
In addition, the company would like to inform that the record date for shareholders to be entitled to receive dividend payments will be on Monday, May 8, 2023. Dividend payment date is set for Tuesday, May 23, 2023.
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited received the Outstanding "Sustainability Model Organization in Thai Capital Market for Supporting the Disabled" Award 2022 from The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). In this event, Miss Karunee Surai, Director of Thai Wacoal Plc., was the representative of the company in receiving the award as the outstanding company in supporting the employment of people with disabilities.
The award represents the company's commitment to conducting business with regard to human rights principles by creating equality and providing equal employment opportunity, non-discrimination in terms of gender, race, and religion, especially those with disabilities. The company has continually promoted careers for the disabled, created value and pride for them.
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to invite shareholders to propose agenda and/or nominate candidates to be elected as directors at 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in advance, in order to be included in the meeting agenda in compliance with the company’s regulations. The submission period is from December 1 - 31, 2022.
