WACOAL LOVE EARTH “NOT A COLLECTION. IT’S OUR MISSION.”

Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited, a leader in the ladies' lingerie business that has long won the hearts of consumers and is managed by the Circular Economy Management System (CEMS), exhibited innovative products under the concept of WACOAL LOVE EARTH "NOT A COLLECTION. IT'S OUR MISSION." at the 27th Saha Group Fair. The company launched 2 new collections: "WACOAL INDIN" - lingerie created from the natural beauty of soil colors, enhancing the value of wearing through the use of natural fibers and renewable materials; and "WACOAL FREEDOM, freedom...without definition" - a limited underwear model, such as lace boxer briefs for men who are ready to embrace new experiences and add color to their lives. During the event, visitors also had the opportunity to engage with the "WACOAL LOVE EARTH" mission by placing icon pedestals that align with Wacoal's mission topics, such as sustainable products based on the "BCG Model" guidelines. In addition, the company exhibited the 'Wacoal Love Earth Fashion Show 2023' presented through WACOAL FOR ALL MODEL, featuring three themes: 1. WACOAL NFT: Connecting the real world to the virtual world. 2. WACOAL FOR ALL: Wacoal lingerie for everyone, every age, every size, every cup. Each piece of Wacoal lingerie is a sustainable product, as it is made from natural or recycled materials and produced using non-toxic, environmentally friendly processes. 3. WACOAL INDIN: Lingerie inspired by the colors of the earth, available in 4 shades.

Thai Wacoal declares 50^th consecutive annual dividend payment

At the 54th Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited held on April 24, 2023, the meeting resolved to approve the annual dividend payment for 2022 at the rate of Baht 0.70 per share, totaling Baht 84 million. The record date for shareholders to be entitled to receive dividend payments will be on Friday, May 8, 2023 and the dividend payments will be scheduled on Tuesday, May 23, 2023. The company has paid the 50th consecutive annual dividends to its shareholders. It has represented the company's commitment to creating shareholders value. Furthermore, the company has recorded this AGM in the form of VCD and is ready for distribution to shareholders who are interested in the VCD.

Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited received the Outstanding "Sustainability Model Organization in Thai Capital Market for Supporting the Disabled" Award 2022 from The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). In this event, Miss Karunee Surai, Director of Thai Wacoal Plc., was the representative of the company in receiving the award as the outstanding company in supporting the employment of people with disabilities. The award represents the company's commitment to conducting business with regard to human rights principles by creating equality and providing equal employment opportunity, non-discrimination in terms of gender, race, and religion, especially those with disabilities. Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited was rated as one of the companies with "Excellent CG" score for 8th consecutive year in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) 2022, according to the survey conducted by Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD) in collaboration with The Securities and Exchange Commission and The Stock Exchange of Thailand. This score reflects the company's commitment to good corporate governance practices

Wacoal loves earth by creating sustainable products

Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited, as a leading producer of ladies' lingerie that cares about both consumers and the environment, showcases sustainable products through the production process that is safe from toxic substances and is environmentally friendly according to the "BCG Model", a holistic economic development, which consists of Bioeconomy : lingerie made with biodegradable materials, for example, natural rubber, bamboo, Circular Economy : sport underwear using fiber made of recycled materials such as sea fishnet, and Green Economy : lingerie that is cool to wear, dries quickly, reduces electricity consumption. In addition, the company also takes care of its end of life product to be disposed of properly by receiving donations of worn-out bras to be burned for electric power under "Wacoal Bra Day" project for 11th consecutive year, together with upcycling old bras into the only works of art in the world under 'The Art of Waste" project.

At the 53rd Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited held on April 25, 2022, the meeting resolved to approve the annual dividend payment for 2021 at the rate of Baht 0.50 per share, totaling Baht 60 million. The record date for shareholders to be entitled to receive dividend payments will be on Friday, May 6, 2022 and the dividend payments will be scheduled on Tuesday, May 24, 2022. The company has paid the 49th consecutive annual dividends to its shareholders. It has represented the company's commitment to creating shareholders value.
