Notification of record date for shareholders to be entitled to attend the AGM and to receive dividend payments
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to inform that the record date for shareholders to be entitled to attend the 46th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be on Monday, March 23, 2015 and the names of shareholders will be compiled according to Section 225 of The Securities and Exchange Act by closing the shares register book on Tuesday, March 24, 2015. In addition, the company would like to inform that the record date for shareholders to be entitled to receive dividend payments will be on Thursday, May 7, 2015 and the names of shareholders will be compiled according to Section 225 of The Securities and Exchange Act by closing the shares register book on Friday, May 8, 2015. Dividend payment date is set for Monday, May 25, 2015.

Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited was rated as one of the companies with "Very Good CG" score in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies 2014. In addition, the company was also ranked in the top quartile of listed companies with good corporate governance in the market capitalization segment of 3,000 - 9,999 Million Baht for 3rd consecutive year, according to the survey conducted by Thai Institute of Directors Association in collaboration with The Securities and Exchange Commission and The Stock Exchange of Thailand. This score reflects the company's commitment to good corporate governance practices, although the IOD revised more intensive assessment criteria and score calculation scheme made corresponding to the ASEAN CG Scorecard in 2014.

Thai Wacoal declares 41st consecutive annual dividend payment
At the 45th Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited held on April 21, 2014, the meeting resolved to approve the annual dividend payment for 2013 at the rate of Baht 2.25 per share, totaling Baht 270 million. The dividend payments will be scheduled onTuesday, May 20, 2014. Thai Wacoal has paid the 41st consecutive annual dividends to its shareholders. It has represented the company's commitment to creating shareholders value. The record date for shareholders to be entitled to receive dividend payments will be on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 and the names of shareholders will be compiled according to Section 225 of The Securities and Exchange Act by closing the shares register book on Wednesday, May 7, 2014.
