Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to invite all shareholders to attend the 50th annual general shareholders' meeting on Monday, April 22, 2019 at 15.00 hours at The Chaophaya Room 2 of The Montien Riverside Hotel. The record date for shareholders to be entitled to attend the AGM will be on Thursday, March 21, 2019.
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to inform that the record date for shareholders to be entitled to attend the 50th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be on Thursday, March 21, 2019. In addition, the company would like to inform that the record date for shareholders to be entitled to receive dividend payments will be on Friday, May 3, 2019. Dividend payment date is set for Tuesday, May 21, 2019.
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to invite shareholders to propose agenda and/or nominate candidates to be elected as directors at 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in advance, in order to be included in the meeting agenda in compliance with the company’s regulations. The submission period is from December 1 - 30, 2018.
