Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited and the Saha Group's listed companies in collaboration with The Stock Exchange of Thailand organized the Opportunity Day "6th Analysts and Investors Meet Saha Group" at The Ballroom, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center on Friday 27, June, 2014. On this day, Mr. Boondee Amnuayskul, Managing Director and representatives of the company, joined the session and answer analysts and investor's questions.

At the 45th Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited held on April 21, 2014, the meeting resolved to approve the annual dividend payment for 2013 at the rate of Baht 2.25 per share, totaling Baht 270 million. The dividend payments will be scheduled onTuesday, May 20, 2014. Thai Wacoal has paid the 41st consecutive annual dividends to its shareholders. It has represented the company's commitment to creating shareholders value.
The record date for shareholders to be entitled to receive dividend payments will be on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 and the names of shareholders will be compiled according to Section 225 of The Securities and Exchange Act by closing the shares register book on Wednesday, May 7, 2014. Furthermore, the company has recorded this AGM in the form of VCD and is ready for distribution to shareholders who are interested in the VCD.
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited has been accredited to the ISO 50001 : 2011 Energy Management System from Bureau Veritas Certification (Thailand) Limited on March 26, 2014. It reflects the company's commitment to effective energy management, leading to reductions in energy cost, greenhouse gas emissions, and other environmental impacts.
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited has launched the "8th Wacoal Innovation Challenge" under the slogan "Keep on Thinking…Empowering Your Ideas" The project aims to encourage and promote employees of the company and its subsidiaries to create innovative ideas and it also enables knowledge sharing among the company's group.
