Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to inform that the record date for shareholders to be entitled to attend the 46^th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be on Monday, March 23, 2015 and the names of shareholders will be compiled according to Section 225 of The Securities and Exchange Act by closing the shares register book on Tuesday, March 24, 2015.

In addition, the company would like to inform that the record date for shareholders to be entitled to receive dividend payments will be on Thursday, May 7, 2015 and the names of shareholders will be compiled according to Section 225 of The Securities and Exchange Act by closing the shares register book on Friday, May 8, 2015. Dividend payment date is set for Monday, May 25, 2015.
