Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited was established through joint-venture investments between Saha Pathanapibul Company Limited and Wacoal Corporation of Japan on October 1, 1970, as the first ladies’ lingerie products manufacturer on an industrial basis in Thailand. In 1983, the company became a listed company on The Stock Exchange of Thailand, and later on in 1994 was transformed into a public company.
Today, the company is engaged in the manufacturing and selling of ladies’ apparel products, covering the range of ladies’ lingerie, ladies’ outerwear, and children wear, with ladies’ lingerie category serving as the core product group for the company.
With regard to the distribution of its products to the domestic market, I.C.C. International Public Company Limited is the company’s major customer. Whereas for its export business operations, the company exports its products to affiliated companies under Wacoal Corporation, to major country destinations such as Japan, the U.S., and ASEAN countries.
On 29 May 2026, Wacoal lingerie products, represented by Ms. Wiwan Singh-samrit, Deputy Director of Wacoal Production Planning Division, and Race’ uniform products, represented by Ms. Susana Maa-imjai, Director of Uniform & Lifestyle, received Green Label certificates for products that are free from toxic substances and environmentally friendly from the Thailand Environment Institute (TEI). With respect to this, Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited remains committed to continuously developing environmentally friendly products. Wacoal lingerie products have been certified under the Green Label for all women’s lingerie products for a period of 17 years, from (2009) to the present. In 2025, the Company renewed the certification for Wacoal lingerie products and expanded the scope of certification to Race’ uniform products, in line with its production management policies aimed at delivering products with quality, standard compliance, safety, and environmental responsibility.
On May 14, 2026,Thai Wacoal Joins in Merit-Making Ceremony and Lays Wreath in Tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited and its affiliated companies jointly participated as hosts in the merit-making ceremony and laid wreaths in tribute during the royal chanting ceremony for Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother at the Dusit Maha Prasat Throne Hall, Grand Palace. At the 57th Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting of Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited held on April 27, 2026, the meeting resolved to approve the annual dividend payment for 2025 at the rate of Baht 0.55 per share, totaling Baht 66 million. The record date for shareholders to be entitled to receive dividend payments will be on Friday, May 8, 2026 and the dividend payments will be scheduled on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. The Company has paid the 53rd consecutive annual dividends to its shareholders. It has represented the Company’s commitment to creating shareholders value. Furthermore, the Company has recorded this AGM in the form of VCD and is ready for distribution to shareholders who are interested in the VCD.
Thai Wacoal, in collaboration with the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), Wacoal Bra Day x Mue Wiset Sanjorn x Baan Nee Mai Teh Ruam, in partnership with the Environment Department of Bangkok, invited the public to participate in proper waste separation. The collected waste will be managed through appropriate and environmentally responsible processes.
The activity was held on April 8, 2026, at Bangkok City Hall (Sao Chingcha, Dinso Road side). Wacoal also collected worn-out underwear for both women and men, from all brands, to be processed through high-temperature incineration at 1,800°C. This process helps replace coal-based energy, while preventing pollution and reducing PM2.5 dust emissions.
