About Us

Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited was established through joint-venture investments between Saha Pathanapibul Company Limited and Wacoal Corporation of Japan on October 1, 1970, as the first ladies’ lingerie products manufacturer on an industrial basis in Thailand. In 1983, the company became a listed company on The Stock Exchange of Thailand, and later on in 1994 was transformed into a public company.


Today, the company is engaged in the manufacturing and selling of ladies’ apparel products, covering the range of ladies’ lingerie, ladies’ outerwear, and children wear, with ladies’ lingerie category serving as the core product group for the company.

With regard to the distribution of its products to the domestic market, I.C.C. International Public Company Limited is the company’s major customer. Whereas for its export business operations, the company exports its products to affiliated companies under Wacoal Corporation, to major country destinations such as Japan, the U.S., and ASEAN countries.

Our Products

Ladies' Lingerie

Ladies' lingerie represents the main product category being manufactured and sold by the company, under the brandnames of Wacoal, WIENNA, B'me, Sgarlet, Presea and CW-X altogether accounting for 91% of its total sales turnover.

Children Wear

The company manufactures children wear under the brandnames of ENFANT, Little Wacoal, De bon and Amusant. Children wear sales account for 5% of the company's total sales turnover.

Ladies' Outerwear

The company manufactures ladies' outerwear under the brandnames of 5.up, Race' and Erawan Uniforms & Workwear. Ladies' outerwear sales account for 3% of the company's total sales turnover.

Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited received the e-Commerce Brand Excellence Awards 2024 in the Fashion and Apparel category from Thai e-Commerce Association at the Thailand e-Commerce Awards 2024. This event was organized to honor and recognize outstanding organizations, SMEs, and leading brands in Thailand's e-Commerce industry. Dr. Supranee Auiyasathian, Deputy Director of Digital Business Division 1, represented the company to receive the award from Mr. Napintorn Srisunpang, Deputy Minister of Commerce.
       This award reflects the company's commitment to continuously developing and improving its product sales and services through e-Commerce channels.

At the 55th Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting of Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited held on April 22, 2024, the meeting resolved to approve the annual dividend payment for 2023 at the rate of Baht 0.70 per share, totaling Baht 84 million. The record date for shareholders to be entitled to receive dividend payments will be on Thursday, May 2, 2024 and the dividend payments will be scheduled on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company has paid the 51st consecutive annual dividends to its shareholders. It has represented the company’s commitment to creating shareholders value.

Furthermore, the company has recorded this AGM in the form of VCD and is ready for distribution to shareholders who are interested in the VCD.

MTEC, NSTDA and HSRI collaborate with Thai Wacoal to launch "Rachel" a bodysuit innovation for the aging society, aiding mobility and injury prevention.

March 7, 2024, at the Thailand Science Park. The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) through the National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC), in collaboration with the National Research Institute of Health (HSRI), the National Science, Research and Innovation Policy Council (TSRI), and Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited, have unveiled the "Rachel" innovation suite. The launch featured expert speakers from various fields exchanging ideas to provide sustainable societal innovation insights.

The "Rachel" bodysuit, designed for the elderly, has been developed, researched, and designed to cater to seniors who are still able to care for themselves. It can be worn all day, allowing for freedom of movement and reducing the risk of injury from daily activities. The suit is reinforced with specially designed fabric materials and stitching techniques to allow for natural muscle movement. It serves as an aid for the elderly in performing daily tasks such as standing up, lifting objects, climbing stairs, and doing household chores. The research team has developed and tested the innovation for efficiency and readiness for use.

To emphasize our leadership in developing lingerie products for consumers of all ages and to highlight the importance of monitoring continuous changes in population structure, we have collaborated to develop a bodysuit product for the elderly that can benefit a wide range of the Thai population. Leveraging the expertise, knowledge, and experience in materials and stitching techniques from Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited, combined with the research and development expertise in wearable technologies from the NSTDA, MTEC research team, and the expertise in pattern-making and stitching from the Industrial Pattern Development and Clothing Design Institute, the Rachel bodysuit boasts mechanical properties suitable for movement, lightweight design, excellent sweat absorption, and can be worn comfortably throughout the day, every day, for both indoor and outdoor activities.

The National Research Institute of Health (HSRI) provides research funding support to MTEC, NSTDA, to carry out a project aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of wearable suits to support muscles and reduce the risk of injury for the elderly. This initiative aims to drive medical and public health innovations that can be practically implemented, improving the quality of life for the elderly and reducing fatalities from accidents or injuries caused by various movements. HSRI plans to expand the research into the healthcare system, with the expectation that it will eventually benefit Gold Card patients, contributing to wider healthcare benefits in the future.

       1. Economic Aspect: Increase in sales of health products by 10%, amounting to 3.7  million bath 
          (based on as estimate from the first order lot of 1,000 sets).
       2. Social Aspect: Promote the health of the elderly, reducing injuries from
           movement and accidents.

          environmentally friendly, and Green label products.

The announcement of success in promoting the first 26 companies to pass the Circular Economy Management System (CEMS) standards. And has developed Certifying Body and evaluators for circular economy management for organizations of over 500 personnel. By Center of Excellence on Environmental strategy for green business, Faculty of Environment, Kasetsart University or V-GREEN, collaborated with the Thailand Industrial Standards Institute Ministry of Industry (TISI), under the support of The Program Management Unit for Competitiveness (PMUC).
