Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited was rated as one of the companies with "Very Good CG" score in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies 2014. In addition, the company was also ranked in the top quartile of listed companies with good corporate governance in the market capitalization segment of 3,000 - 9,999 Million Baht for 3rd consecutive year, according to the survey conducted by Thai Institute of Directors Association in collaboration with The Securities and Exchange Commission and The Stock Exchange of Thailand.

This score reflects the company's commitment to good corporate governance practices, although the IOD revised more intensive assessment criteria and score calculation scheme made corresponding to the ASEAN CG Scorecard in 2014.
