Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to invite all shareholders to attend the 45th annual general shareholders' meeting on Monday, April 21, 2014 at 15.30 hours at The Chaophaya Room 1 of The Montien Riverside Hotel. The record date for shareholders to be entitled to attend the AGM will be on Thursday, March 20, 2014 and the names of shareholders will be compiled according to Section 225 of The Securities and Exchange Act by closing the shares registration book on Friday, March 21, 2014.
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to inform that the record date for shareholders to be entitled to attend the 45th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be on Thursday, March 20, 2014 and the names of shareholders will be compiled according to Section 225 of The Securities and Exchange Act by closing the shares register book on Friday, March 21, 2014.
In addition, the company would like to inform that the record date for shareholders to be entitled to receive dividend payments will be on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 and the names of shareholders will be compiled according to Section 225 of The Securities and Exchange Act by closing the shares register book on Wednesday, May 7, 2014. Dividend payment date is set for Tuesday, May 20, 2014.
