Thai Wacoal receives "Sustainability Model Organization in Thai Capital Market for Supporting the Disabled" Award 2022
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited received the Outstanding "Sustainability Model Organization in Thai Capital Market for Supporting the Disabled" Award 2022 from The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). In this event, Miss Karunee Surai, Director of Thai Wacoal Plc., was the representative of the company in receiving the award as the outstanding company in supporting the employment of people with disabilities. The award represents the company's commitment to conducting business with regard to human rights principles by creating equality and providing equal employment opportunity, non-discrimination in terms of gender, race, and religion, especially those with disabilities. Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited was rated as one of the companies with "Excellent CG" score for 8th consecutive year in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) 2022, according to the survey conducted by Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD) in collaboration with The Securities and Exchange Commission and The Stock Exchange of Thailand. This score reflects the company's commitment to good corporate governance practices
Wacoal loves earth by creating sustainable products
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited, as a leading producer of ladies' lingerie that cares about both consumers and the environment, showcases sustainable products through the production process that is safe from toxic substances and is environmentally friendly according to the "BCG Model", a holistic economic development, which consists of Bioeconomy : lingerie made with biodegradable materials, for example, natural rubber, bamboo, Circular Economy : sport underwear using fiber made of recycled materials such as sea fishnet, and Green Economy : lingerie that is cool to wear, dries quickly, reduces electricity consumption. In addition, the company also takes care of its end of life product to be disposed of properly by receiving donations of worn-out bras to be burned for electric power under "Wacoal Bra Day" project for 11th consecutive year, together with upcycling old bras into the only works of art in the world under 'The Art of Waste" project.
Thai Wacoal declares 49th consecutive annual dividend payment
At the 53rd Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited held on April 25, 2022, the meeting resolved to approve the annual dividend payment for 2021 at the rate of Baht 0.50 per share, totaling Baht 60 million. The record date for shareholders to be entitled to receive dividend payments will be on Friday, May 6, 2022 and the dividend payments will be scheduled on Tuesday, May 24, 2022. The company has paid the 49th consecutive annual dividends to its shareholders. It has represented the company's commitment to creating shareholders value. Furthermore, the company has recorded this AGM in the form of VCD and is ready for distribution to shareholders who are interested in the VCD.

The record date for shareholders to be entitled to receive dividend payments will be on Friday, May 7, 2021 and the dividend payments will be scheduled on Tuesday, May 25, 2021.
