Thai Wacoal convenes 51st Annual General Shareholders' Meeting
Thai Wacoal convened the 51st Annual General Shareholders' Meeting on August 3, 2020 at Moon Room, 10th Floor, Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel. The meeting resolved to approve all agendas as proposed by The Board of Directors as well as acknowledged the company's performance results for the last year and acknowledged the interim dividend payment instead of the annual dividend payment Furthermore, the company has recorded this AGM in the form of VCD and is ready for distribution to shareholders who are interested in the VCD.
Thai Wacoal declares 47th consecutive annual dividend payment
The Board of Directors' Meeting no. 10/2019 of Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited, held on April 7, 2020, resolved to approve the interim dividend payment for the operating period from January 1 to December 31, 2019 instead of the annual dividend payment at the rate of Baht 1.90 per share, totaling Baht 228 million as well as the cancellation of the original record date for the shareholders eligible to receive dividend payments, previously scheduled on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 and the determination of the new record date for the shareholders eligible to receive dividend payments, scheduled on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 with the dividend payment date scheduled on Tuesday, May 5, 2020. The company has paid the 47th consecutive annual dividends to its shareholders. It has represented the company's commitment to creating shareholders value. In this regard, The Board of Directors will not propose any other dividend payment for the year 2019.
Notification of postponement of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders no.51 on April 22, 2020
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to inform the indefinite postponement of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) no.51 on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at 15.00 hours at The Chaophaya Room 2 of The Montien Riverside Hotel as well as the cancellation of agenda and the original record date for the shareholders eligible to attend the AGM, previously scheduled on Thursday, March 19, 2020. In this regard, The Board of Directors will consider a new date, venue and agenda of the AGM no.51, as well as a new record date for the shareholders eligible to attend the AGM at the appropriate time when the situation of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak has been resolved. The company shall subsequently inform all shareholders.

Thai Wacoal wins Best Innovative Company Awards from SET Awards 2019
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited received Best Innovative Company Awards for Wacoal Mood Travel Bra Innovation in the SET Awards 2019. The event was organized by The Stock Exchange of Thailand, in collaboration with Money and Banking Magazine. In this event, Mr. Boondee Amnuayskul, CEO and Managing Director of Thai Wacoal Plc., was the representative of the company in receiving the award from Mr. Pakorn Peetathawatchai, President of The Stock Exchange of Thailand. The award was given to the company that has excellent innovation and strategy of innovation management in an organization. Wacoal Mood Travel Bra is the first innovation in Thailand by blending natural material "rubber" with lingerie. The blending of rubber enables bra to be foldable and can be restored to its original shape. The bra is also flexible, easy to care, space-saving, and easy to carry for all travels. Moreover, instead of using the wire frame as a base of the bra, the rubber sheet is used in which helps reduce the pain from pressure of wire frame, support and uplift beautiful breasts shape.
Thai Wacoal receives Excellent CG score in corporate governance report 2019 for 5th consecutive year
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited was rated as one of the companies with "Excellent CG" score for 5th consecutive year in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) 2019. In addition, the company was also ranked in the top quartile of listed companies with good corporate governance in the market capitalization segment of 3,000 - 9,999 Million Baht for 8th consecutive year, according to the survey conducted by Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD) in collaboration with The Securities and Exchange Commission and The Stock Exchange of Thailand. This score reflects the company's commitment to good corporate governance practices.

Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited received "Happy PVD Company Award" in Bronze Level from The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to honor employer's organization that has encouraged employees to recognize the importance of saving money through a provident fund in order to have sufficient funds for retirement. In this event, Ms. Onanong Saengpumpong, Director of Thai Wacoal Plc., was the representative of the company in receiving the award from Ms.Paralee Sukonthaman, Deputy Secretary-General of The Securities and Exchange Commission, on October 16, 2019at Army Club.
Thai Wacoal receives 2 awards from Saha Group Innovation Contest 2019
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited received 2 innovation awards from Saha Group Innovation Contest 2019. The awards were as follows: The Admiration Award, in Product Category, was from "Wacoal Oh my NUDES!" innovation, representing panty with the latest technology of Seamless NUDES, which is mixed innovation between Seamless and Bonding, resulting in seamless, borderless, soft and tender panty with special smooth texture like wearing stocking. Wacoal is the first brand in Thailand of using this technology. The Admiration Award, in Product Category, was from "Triangle Bra" innovation, representing an innovative bra which makes breasts beautiful, perfect and balance by developing a new sponge to well support the weight of breasts and well ventilated. In addition, the new wire frame is developed to be able to tighten breasts and slim the side excess.
