As a lingerie organization, we realize about women health for 16 years to safe Thai people from breast cancer by collaboration from Public - Private and Thai people to make campaign, to protect and to support through various activities. For example, donating bra and breast implants for underprivilged patients by Wacoal Balancing Bra Donation Project. Also donate supporting money and buy medical equipments to public health organization. Wacoal Pink Ribbon Against Breast Cancer in community was held since 2012 - 2017 (for 6 years).
August 16, 2018 Wacoal Pink Ribbon Against Breast Cancer was organized at Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited for employee and keep continue the concept "Public " Private Collaboration to response the policy of Saha Group for community to be a project under the name of " Public - Private Collaboration Against Breast Cancer " on August 19, 2018 at Chareonkrung 89. Event's objective is to educate people, make them understand about breast cancer and provide basic screening from expert doctors and nurses. Also has public speech "Knowledge about breast cancer" before demonstrate and teach them how to check their breast by themselves from expert nurses of National Cancer Institute. Moreover, to give information about nutrient and eating behavior to save themselves from cancer and also giving information about special lingerie for patient with breast surgery by Wacoal Body Clinic as well.
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited received 4 innovation awards from Saha Group Innovation Contest 2018. The awards were as follows:
The 1st Place Outstanding Award, in Product Category, was from "TRAVEL BRA" innovation, representing lingerie for girls who love travelling, which is foldable, wireless, and comfortable to wear with no pressure from the wire frame for flexible movement.The first innovation in Thailand that is natural material "rubber" has a special quality of rubber sheet which is foldable and can be restored to its original shape. It is also flexible, easy to care, space-saving, and easy to carry for all travels. Blended with lingerie, this has become the base instead of wire frame to reduce any pain from pressure, support and uplift beautiful breasts shape. This innovation also received the 2nd Place Outstanding Abstract Award.
The 2nd Place Outstanding Award, in Energy Saving & Global Warming & Environment Category, was from "Wacoal Eco Factory" innovation, representing an integrated supply chain management system, resulting in zero emission, resources and energy efficiency, good environment management system, reliable product activities, and symbiosis with stakeholders.
The 1st Place Outstanding Award, in Petty Award Category, was from "Right Attachment" innovation, representing the development of sewing machine attachment, created to enhance efficiency for sewing balancing bra, increasing productivity and reducing raw material loss.
The Admiration Award, in Product Category, was from "Body Base Burn Edition" innovation, representing an innovative VISCOMAGIC fabric with a special technique of Burn out printing, which is a soluble fiber, results in thinner and more elastic fabric at the soluble fiber area. This feature allows thickness - thinness at different levels and stretch in the desired position instead of sewing. It also smoothens without irritation on the same fabric. The product is fashionably beautiful with the function to help tighten and smoothen the abdomen, hips, thigh, and beautifully uplift the round hip.
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited and the Saha Group's listed companies in collaboration with The Stock Exchange of Thailand organized the Opportunity Day "10thAnalysts and Investors Meet Saha Group" at Silk Room 2 - 3 on 2nd Floor, Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre on Friday 29, June, 2018. On this day, Mr. Boondee Amnuayskul, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the company, joined the session and answer analysts and investors' questions.

The event was organized by The Stock Exchange of Thailand, in collaboration with Money and Banking Magazine and TRIS Corporation Limited. In this event, Mr. Boondee Amnuayskul, CEO and Managing Director, a representative of the company received the award from Ms. Kesara Manchusree, President of The Stock Exchange of Thailand.
