Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited and the Saha Group's listed companies in collaboration with The Stock Exchange of Thailand organized the Opportunity Day "9th Analysts and Investors Meet Saha Group" at The Ballroom, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center on Friday 30, June, 2017. On this day, Mr. Boondee Amnuayskul, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the company, joined the session and answer analysts and investors' questions.

Mr. Boondee Amnuayskul, Chief Executive Director and Managing Director of Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited welcomed a delegation from Thailand Development Research Institute (TDRI) and The Board of Investment of Thailand (BOI) to visit the company and inquire the company's overseas investments.
Thai Wacoal declares 44th consecutive annual dividend payment
At the 48th Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited held on April 24 2017, the meeting resolved to approve the annual dividend payment for 2016 at the rate of Baht 1.30 per share, totaling Baht 156 million. The dividend payments will be scheduled on Tuesday, May 23, 2017. Thai Wacoal has paid the 44th consecutive annual dividends to its shareholders. It has represented the company's commitment to creating shareholders value. The record date for shareholders to be entitled to receive dividend payments will be on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 and the names of shareholders will be compiled according to Section 225 of The Securities and Exchange Act by closing the shares register book on Thursday, May 4, 2017. Furthermore, the company has recorded this AGM in the form of VCD and is ready for distribution to shareholders who are interested in the VCD.

On behalf of Thai Wacoal Public co., ltd, Mr.Boondee Amnauisakul –Chairman and Managing Director along with Mr.Sompong Ratsameetham Executive Director and Mr.Pongsanti Wongsermhirun Assistant Director in R&D and innovation joined in grand opening event and signed the Declaration " Bangkok Love Green " on the World Environment Day on Monday, 6 June 2016 at Lumpini Park, Pathumwan district . In the event, M.R. Sukhumbhand Governor of Bangkok presided over the opening ceremony and signed a cooperation agreement for environmental action between Bangkok and 17of Embassy and international organizations under the project "The Bangkok Chapter of the Eco-Capitals Forum" and signed Declaration " Bangkok Love Green " with a number of organizations from both public and private sectors in order to jointly promote and implement the environmental project sustainably and continually in order that Bangkok will become the environmental friendly city eternally.

The dividend payments will be scheduled on Tuesday, May 24, 2016. Thai Wacoal has paid the 43rd consecutive annual dividends to its shareholders.
