Thai Wacoal declares 44^th consecutive annual dividend payment

At the 48th Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited held on April 24 2017, the meeting resolved to approve the annual dividend payment for 2016 at the rate of Baht 1.30 per share, totaling Baht 156 million. The dividend payments will be scheduled on Tuesday, May 23, 2017. Thai Wacoal has paid the 44th consecutive annual dividends to its shareholders. It has represented the company's commitment to creating shareholders value. The record date for shareholders to be entitled to receive dividend payments will be on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 and the names of shareholders will be compiled according to Section 225 of The Securities and Exchange Act by closing the shares register book on Thursday, May 4, 2017. Furthermore, the company has recorded this AGM in the form of VCD and is ready for distribution to shareholders who are interested in the VCD.

In the event, M.R. Sukhumbhand Governor of Bangkok presided over the opening ceremony and signed a cooperation agreement for environmental action between Bangkok and 17of Embassy and international organizations under the project "The Bangkok Chapter of the Eco-Capitals Forum" and signed Declaration " Bangkok Love Green " with a number of organizations from both public and private sectors in order to jointly promote and implement the environmental project sustainably and continually in order that Bangkok will become the environmental friendly city eternally.

The record date for shareholders to be entitled to receive dividend payments will be on Monday, May 9, 2016 and the names of shareholders will be compiled according to Section 225 of The Securities and Exchange Act by closing the shares register book on Tuesday, May 10, 2016. Furthermore, the company has recorded this AGM in the form of VCD and is ready for distribution to shareholders who are interested in the VCD.

Thai Wacoal launches "10^th Wacoal Innovation Challenge"

Mr.Sompong Rasameetham, the executive director and director of Innerwear Product Division, received EPIF 2016 award as the good production management and eco-friendly company from ACM Prajin Juntong (Air Force Chief). “The Eco-Product International Fair 2016” was arranged under the concept of 24-hours eco life.
