Thai Wacoal receives Outstanding Innovative Company Awards from SET Awards 2017
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited received "Outstanding Innovative Company Awards for Wacoal Body Clinic Innovation" in the SET Awards 2017. The event was organized by The Stock Exchange of Thailand, in collaboration with Money and Banking Magazine and TRIS Corporation Limited. In this event, Mr. Boondee Amnuayskul, CEO and Managing Director, a representative of the company received the award from Ms. Kesara Manchusree, President of The Stock Exchange of Thailand. In addition, the company has been nominated for Innovative Company Awards which will be announced on Tuesday, November 28, 2017.
Thai Wacoal receives Best Innovation Award from Saha Group Innovation Contest 2017
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited received the Best Innovation Award (named Chairman Award) from the Saha Group Innovation Contest 2017. The winning entry was “The Smart Kaizen System” innovation which the company has implemented Kaizen technique for work improvement for 9 years, resulting in 1,316 pieces of Kaizen and 63 suggestions. The Kaizen works have been systematically archived by writing KM program (Knowledge Management) to collect information in order to make it easy and fast to use and search. In addition, the company has organized "Kaizen Knowledge Sharing" to provide the useful knowledge of Kaizen for the work improvement to the company groups in order to improve their work efficiently and effectively and to reduce the costs of production.
Thai Wacoal receives “Excellent CG” score in corporate governance report 2017 for 3rd consecutive year
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited was rated as one of the companies with “Excellent CG” score for 3rd consecutive year in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) 2017. In addition, the company was also ranked in the top quartile of listed companies with good corporate governance in the market capitalization segment of 3,000 - 9,999 Million Baht for 6th consecutive year, according to the survey conducted by Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD) in collaboration with The Securities and Exchange Commission and The Stock Exchange of Thailand. This score reflects the company's commitment to good corporate governance practices.

Thai Wacoal declares 44th consecutive annual dividend payment
At the 48th Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited held on April 24 2017, the meeting resolved to approve the annual dividend payment for 2016 at the rate of Baht 1.30 per share, totaling Baht 156 million. The dividend payments will be scheduled on Tuesday, May 23, 2017. Thai Wacoal has paid the 44th consecutive annual dividends to its shareholders. It has represented the company's commitment to creating shareholders value. The record date for shareholders to be entitled to receive dividend payments will be on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 and the names of shareholders will be compiled according to Section 225 of The Securities and Exchange Act by closing the shares register book on Thursday, May 4, 2017. Furthermore, the company has recorded this AGM in the form of VCD and is ready for distribution to shareholders who are interested in the VCD.
