At the 43rd Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited held on April 25, 2016, the meeting resolved to approve the annual dividend payment for 2015 at the rate of Baht 1.10 per share, totaling Baht 132 million. The dividend payments will be scheduled on Tuesday, May 24, 2016. Thai Wacoal has paid the 43rd consecutive annual dividends to its shareholders. It has represented the company's commitment to creating shareholders value.
The record date for shareholders to be entitled to receive dividend payments will be on Monday, May 9, 2016 and the names of shareholders will be compiled according to Section 225 of The Securities and Exchange Act by closing the shares register book on Tuesday, May 10, 2016.
Furthermore, the company has recorded this AGM in the form of VCD and is ready for distribution to shareholders who are interested in the VCD.
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited has launched the "10th Wacoal Innovation Challenge" under the slogan "Keep on Thinking…Empowering Your Ideas" The project aims to encourage and promote employees of the company and its subsidiaries to create innovative ideas and it also enables knowledge sharing among the company’s group.
