Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to inform that the record date for shareholders to be entitled to attend the 47th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be on Monday, March 21, 2016 and the names of shareholders will be compiled according to Section 225 of The Securities and Exchange Act by closing the shares register book on Tuesday, March 22, 2016.
In addition, the company would like to inform that the record date for shareholders to be entitled to receive dividend payments will be on Monday, May 9, 2016 and the names of shareholders will be compiled according to Section 225 of The Securities and Exchange Act by closing the shares register book on Tuesday, May 10, 2016. Dividend payment date is set for Tuesday, May 24, 2016.
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to invite shareholders to propose agenda and/or nominate candidates to be elected as directors at 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in advance, in order to be included in the meeting agenda in compliance with the company's regulations. The submission period is from December 1 - 30, 2015.

Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited was rated as one of the companies with "Excellent CG" score in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) 2015. In addition, the company was also ranked in the top quartile of listed companies with good corporate governance in the market capitalization segment of 3,000 - 9,999 Million Baht for 4th consecutive year, according to the survey conducted by Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD) in collaboration with The Securities and Exchange Commission and The Stock Exchange of Thailand. This score reflects the company's commitment to good corporate governance practices.
IOD has continuously improved the CG assessment criteria to meet the internationally-accepted standards. In 2014, the CGR criteria have been improved in alignment with the ASEAN CG Scorecard, thus enabling Thai listed companies to advance their corporate governance practices into the international levels.
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited and the Saha Group's listed companies in collaboration with The Stock Exchange of Thailand organized the Opportunity Day "7th Analysts and Investors Meet Saha Group" at The Ballroom, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center on Friday 26, June, 2015. On this day, Mr. Boondee Amnuayskul, Chairman of The Executive Board and Managing Director of the company, joined the session and answer analysts and investors' questions.
