Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited and the Saha Group's listed companies in collaboration with The Stock Exchange of Thailand organized the Opportunity Day "7th Analysts and Investors Meet Saha Group" at The Ballroom, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center on Friday 26, June, 2015. On this day, Mr. Boondee Amnuayskul, Chairman of The Executive Board and Managing Director of the company, joined the session and answer analysts and investors' questions.
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to invite analysts and investors to attend the session with the top executives of the company and Saha Group companies in the opportunity day "7th Analysts and Investors Meet Saha Group" on Friday, June 26, 2015, at 10.00 - 12.00 hours, at The Ballroom, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
At the 42nd Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited held on April 27, 2015, the meeting resolved to approve the annual dividend payment for 2014 at the rate of Baht 2.40 per share, totaling Baht 288 million. The dividend payments will be scheduled on Monday, May 25, 2015. Thai Wacoal has paid the 42nd consecutive annual dividends to its shareholders. It has represented the company's commitment to creating shareholders value.
The record date for shareholders to be entitled to receive dividend payments will be on Thursday, May 7, 2015 and the names of shareholders will be compiled according to Section 225 of The Securities and Exchange Act by closing the shares register book on Friday, May 8, 2015.
Furthermore, the company has recorded this AGM in the form of VCD and is ready for distribution to shareholders who are interested in the VCD.
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited has launched the "9th Wacoal Innovation Challenge" under the slogan "Keep on Thinking…Empowering Your Ideas" The project aims to encourage and promote employees of the company and its subsidiaries to create innovative ideas and it also enables knowledge sharing among the company's group. It is regarded as one of the company's policy to promote the employees to consistently create innovation in order to increase the company's competitive competency.
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to invite all shareholders to attend the 46th annual general shareholders' meeting on Monday, April 27, 2015 at 15.00 hours at The Chaophaya Room 2 of The Montien Riverside Hotel. The record date for shareholders to be entitled to attend the AGM will be on Monday, March 23, 2015 and the names of shareholders will be compiled according to Section 225 of The Securities and Exchange Act by closing the shares registration book on Tuesday, March 24, 2015.
