Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to invite all shareholders to attend the 46th annual general shareholders' meeting on Monday, April 27, 2015 at 15.00 hours at The Chaophaya Room 2 of The Montien Riverside Hotel. The record date for shareholders to be entitled to attend the AGM will be on Monday, March 23, 2015 and the names of shareholders will be compiled according to Section 225 of The Securities and Exchange Act by closing the shares registration book on Tuesday, March 24, 2015.
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to inform that the record date for shareholders to be entitled to attend the 46th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be on Monday, March 23, 2015 and the names of shareholders will be compiled according to Section 225 of The Securities and Exchange Act by closing the shares register book on Tuesday, March 24, 2015.
In addition, the company would like to inform that the record date for shareholders to be entitled to receive dividend payments will be on Thursday, May 7, 2015 and the names of shareholders will be compiled according to Section 225 of The Securities and Exchange Act by closing the shares register book on Friday, May 8, 2015. Dividend payment date is set for Monday, May 25, 2015.
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to invite shareholders to propose agenda and/or nominate candidates to be elected as directors at 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in advance, in order to be included in the meeting agenda in compliance with the company's regulations. The submission period is from December 1 - 30, 2014.
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited was rated as one of the companies with "Very Good CG" score in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies 2014. In addition, the company was also ranked in the top quartile of listed companies with good corporate governance in the market capitalization segment of 3,000 - 9,999 Million Baht for 3rd consecutive year, according to the survey conducted by Thai Institute of Directors Association in collaboration with The Securities and Exchange Commission and The Stock Exchange of Thailand.
This score reflects the company's commitment to good corporate governance practices, although the IOD revised more intensive assessment criteria and score calculation scheme made corresponding to the ASEAN CG Scorecard in 2014.
