Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to inform that the record date for shareholders to be entitled to attend the 48th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be on Monday, March 20, 2017 and the names of shareholders will be compiled according to Section 225 of The Securities and Exchange Act by closing the shares register book on Tuesday, March 21, 2017.
In addition, the company would like to inform that the record date for shareholders to be entitled to receive dividend payments will be on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 and the names of shareholders will be compiled according to Section 225 of The Securities and Exchange Act by closing the shares register book on Thursday, May 4, 2017. Dividend payment date is set for Tuesday, May 23, 2017.
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to invite shareholders to propose agenda and/or nominate candidates to be elected as directors at 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in advance, in order to be included in the meeting agenda in compliance with the company’s regulations. The submission period is from December 1 - 30, 2016.

Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited was rated as one of the companies with “Excellent CG” score for 2nd consecutive year in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) 2016. In addition, the company was also ranked in the top quartile of listed companies with good corporate governance in the market capitalization segment of 3,000 - 9,999 Million Baht for 5th consecutive year, according to the survey conducted by Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD) in collaboration with The Securities and Exchange Commission and The Stock Exchange of Thailand. This score reflects the company's commitment to good corporate governance practices.
IOD has continuously improved the CG assessment criteria to meet the internationally-accepted standards. In 2014, the CGR criteria have been improved in alignment with the ASEAN CG Scorecard, thus enabling Thai listed companies to advance their corporate governance practices into the international levels.
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited received a membership certificate of Thailand’s Private Sector Collective Action Coalition against Corruption (CAC) from the CAC Council. The CAC Council certifies that the company has met the commitments to the CAC declaration on anti-corruption. Mr. Boondee Amnuayskul, CEO and Managing Director, is a representative of the company to receive the certificate in Thailand’s 7th National Conference on Collective Action Against Corruption, held on October 18, 2016.
The certification represents the company’s commitment to being a part of positive and create society lacking in all forms of corruption in Thailand.
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited and the Saha Group’s listed companies in collaboration with The Stock Exchange of Thailand organized the Opportunity Day “8th Analysts and Investors Meet Saha Group” at The Ballroom, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center on Friday 1, July, 2016. On this day, Mr. Boondee Amnuayskul, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the company, joined the session and answer analysts and investors’ questions.
