Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to invite shareholders to propose agenda and/or nominate candidates to be elected as directors at 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in advance, in order to be included in the meeting agenda in compliance with the company’s regulations. The submission period is from December 1 - 30, 2020.

Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited was recognized by Thaipat Institute as 1 of 2020 ESG100 list, which refers to the 100 best-performing publicly listed companies in terms of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) category on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (out of 803 listed companies).
Thai Wacoal convened the 51st Annual General Shareholders' Meeting on August 3, 2020 at Moon Room, 10th Floor, Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel. The meeting resolved to approve all agendas as proposed by The Board of Directors as well as acknowledged the company's performance results for the last year and acknowledged the interim dividend payment instead of the annual dividend payment
Furthermore, the company has recorded this AGM in the form of VCD and is ready for distribution to shareholders who are interested in the VCD.
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to invite all shareholders to attend the 51st annual general shareholders' meeting on Monday, August 3, 2020 at 10.00 hours at Moon Room, 10th Floor of Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel. The record date for shareholders to be entitled to attend the AGM will be on Friday, June 26, 2020.
