Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to inform that the record date for shareholders to be entitled to attend the 47^th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be on Monday, March 21, 2016 and the names of shareholders will be compiled according to Section 225 of The Securities and Exchange Act by closing the shares register book on Tuesday, March 22, 2016. 

In addition, the company would like to inform that the record date for shareholders to be entitled to receive dividend payments will be on Monday, May 9, 2016 and the names of shareholders will be compiled according to Section 225 of The Securities and Exchange Act by closing the shares register book on Tuesday, May 10, 2016. Dividend payment date is set for Tuesday, May 24, 2016.
