Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to inform that the record date for shareholders to be entitled to attend the 53rd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be on Monday, March 21, 2022.
In addition, the company would like to inform that the record date for shareholders to be entitled to receive dividend payments will be on Friday, May 6, 2022. Dividend payment date is set for Tuesday, May 24, 2022.
