The Board of Directors' Meeting no. 10/2019 of Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited, held on April 7, 2020, resolved to approve the interim dividend payment for the operating period from January 1 to December 31, 2019 instead of the annual dividend payment at the rate of Baht 1.90 per share, totaling Baht 228 million as well as the cancellation of the original record date for the shareholders eligible to receive dividend payments, previously scheduled on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 and the determination of the new record date for the shareholders eligible to receive dividend payments, scheduled on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 with the dividend payment date scheduled on Tuesday, May 5, 2020. The company has paid the 47^th  consecutive annual dividends to its shareholders. It has represented the company's commitment to creating shareholders value. In this regard, The Board of Directors will not propose any other dividend payment for the year 2019.
