Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited was rated as one of the companies with "Excellent CG" score in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) 2015. In addition, the company was also ranked in the top quartile of listed companies with good corporate governance in the market capitalization segment of 3,000 - 9,999 Million Baht for 4^th consecutive year, according to the survey conducted by Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD) in collaboration with The Securities and Exchange Commission and The Stock Exchange of Thailand. This score reflects the company's commitment to good corporate governance practices.

IOD has continuously improved the CG assessment criteria to meet the internationally-accepted standards. In 2014, the CGR criteria have been improved in alignment with the ASEAN CG Scorecard, thus enabling Thai listed companies to advance their corporate governance practices into the international levels.
