The CoolMode label certifies that the uniforms are made from fabrics designed for thermal comfort and breathability, suitable for indoor wear at 25°C without causing discomfort. This helps reduce air conditioning usage and contributes to lower indirect greenhouse gas emissions.

At the 56^th Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting of Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited held on April 28, 2025, the meeting resolved to approve the annual dividend payment for 2024 at the rate of Baht 0.60 per share, totaling Baht 72 million. Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited has received a certificate of recognition for its participation in the project and has achieved its goals to reach Net Zero GHG Emissions based on scientific principles aligned with the objectives of the Paris Agreement, which aims to limit the global average temperature increase to no more than 2 degrees Celsius, with efforts to limit it to no more than 1.5 degrees Celsius. Additionally, the company has developed an organizational greenhouse gas reduction plan under the project promoting the setting of industry greenhouse gas emission targets towards Net Zero using the Science-Based Target method. This initiative is a collaboration between the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) (TGO) and the Excellence Circular Economy Enterprise(ECEE), Faculty of Engineering, Thammasat University.

March 7, 2024, at the Thailand Science Park. The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) through the National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC), in collaboration with the National Research Institute of Health (HSRI), the National Science, Research and Innovation Policy Council (TSRI), and Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited, have unveiled the "Rachel" innovation suite. The launch featured expert speakers from various fields exchanging ideas to provide sustainable societal innovation insights.

The "Rachel" bodysuit, designed for the elderly, has been developed, researched, and designed to cater to seniors who are still able to care for themselves. It can be worn all day, allowing for freedom of movement and reducing the risk of injury from daily activities. The suit is reinforced with specially designed fabric materials and stitching techniques to allow for natural muscle movement. It serves as an aid for the elderly in performing daily tasks such as standing up, lifting objects, climbing stairs, and doing household chores. The research team has developed and tested the innovation for efficiency and readiness for use.

To emphasize our leadership in developing lingerie products for consumers of all ages and to highlight the importance of monitoring continuous changes in population structure, we have collaborated to develop a bodysuit product for the elderly that can benefit a wide range of the Thai population. Leveraging the expertise, knowledge, and experience in materials and stitching techniques from Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited, combined with the research and development expertise in wearable technologies from the NSTDA, MTEC research team, and the expertise in pattern-making and stitching from the Industrial Pattern Development and Clothing Design Institute, the Rachel bodysuit boasts mechanical properties suitable for movement, lightweight design, excellent sweat absorption, and can be worn comfortably throughout the day, every day, for both indoor and outdoor activities.

The National Research Institute of Health (HSRI) provides research funding support to MTEC, NSTDA, to carry out a project aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of wearable suits to support muscles and reduce the risk of injury for the elderly. This initiative aims to drive medical and public health innovations that can be practically implemented, improving the quality of life for the elderly and reducing fatalities from accidents or injuries caused by various movements. HSRI plans to expand the research into the healthcare system, with the expectation that it will eventually benefit Gold Card patients, contributing to wider healthcare benefits in the future.

On March 5^th, 2024 Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited, one of the 26 leading organizations in the project for developing audit and certification systems for circular economy management to promote circular economy policy, participated in the press conference 'CIRCULAR ECONOMY: From Policy to Practice for Business Organizations.' The announcement of success in promoting the first 26 companies to pass the Circular Economy Management System (CEMS) standards. And has developed Certifying Body and evaluators for circular economy management for organizations of over 500 personnel. By Center of Excellence on Environmental strategy for green business, Faculty of Environment, Kasetsart University or V-GREEN, collaborated with the Thailand Industrial Standards Institute Ministry of Industry (TISI), under the support of The Program Management Unit for Competitiveness (PMUC).

On Monday, March 4, 2024 Thai Wacoal PCL. and More Loop Co., Ltd. has signed a cooperation agreement to support and promote the use of leftover fabric from production according to the principles of the circular economy

Moreloop will be an intermediary space for finding and matching materials, high-quality fabrics leftover from the factory's production process. To sell it to a group of people who will process it for further use. It is a business that combines the principles of creating sustainability for the environment. Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited has always given importance to women's health to protect them from breast cancer. “Wacoal Pink Ribbon Fights Breast Cancer” which campaigns for Thai women, especially housewives and elderly women in the community, to be aware and have the knowledge and understanding to take care of themselves safely and far from breast cancer by promoting the project continuously for more than 24 years. Recently we had collaboration with Sathorn District office, led by Mr.Chatchai Kulanaphon, Sathorn District Director, and Charoenkrung Pracharak Hospital, led by Dr. Kamonrat Jongthanakorn, organized the activity “Wacoal Pink Ribbon Fights Breast Cancer for the Community” to provide knowledge about breast cancer. Teaching how to take care of yourself to avoid breast cancer along with a demonstration of self-diagnosis of breast abnormalities by a team of doctors and nurses from Charoenkrung Pracharak Hospital and also practice breast self-examination and breast screening by expert nurses. If abnormalities are found, they will be re-examined with a mammogram and ultrasound. To get more accurate examination results, Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited supports the examination expenses. Therefore, if traces of disease are found, they will enter the next treatment process.

Wacoal Pink Ribbon Project fight against breast cancer"donated to the KhonKaen Hospital 15 million Baht. The official launch project the"Breast Care Center"."To be the first specialized center for diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer in the Northeast and to solve the problem of accessing public health services. It is the project that Wacoal has continuously organized entering its 8^th year. This year comes with a slogan of "We want your old bras" to inspire people to be more environmentally conscious or eco-friendly. It is a project that accepts donation of any brand of bras and entered them into a proper disintegration process by incinerating them in a closed system in conjunction with cement production to reduce pollution, reduce the use of natural resources and reduce greenhouse gases emission as well as to minimize waste within the community which can affect the environment. Wacoal is also providing good quality new materials to women in emergency homes to give these women jobs and career in creating handmade products, which is another corporate social responsibility campaign of Wacoal for sustainable society.

“Wacoal Bra Day” operates under the concept of Zero Waste by minimizing the amount of waste disposal to zero or no residual waste. Environmental pollution is an urgent national policy under global warming situation that the world and Thailand is facing. The primary principles are to use materials that can be reused as much as possible, to minimize the amount of waste, to produce and use environmentally-friendly products, to create new products that incorporate recycled materials as well as encourage the use of these products, to develop the use of recycled waste and to help raise the economy and create new jobs for the community. Because nowadays there are many environmental issues, which continue to escalate more and more every day, with pollution being one of the biggest problems that everyone should be aware of. It is important to find sustainable and effective solutions to help reduce the amount of waste and/or recycle/reuse them for the most benefits. “Wacoal Bra Day” project is based on the 3R principle which are:

1. Reuse – accepting donation of bra’s making materials to the Association for the Promotion of the Status of Women to be used in art and crafts or handmade product to generate income and create employments for the women in the emergency homes.

2. Reduce – taking old and deteriorated bras into disintegration process by using them as fuel instead of coal in the cement production. The combustion process is a closed system operated at a temperature of 1,800 degrees Celsius where all the waste materials would be burned leaving no ashes or any residual. This would help reduce environmental pollution, reduce the use of natural resources and reduce greenhouse gases emission.

3. Recycle – melting metal parts from bra wires, hooks and rings and reuse them in the most efficient ways.

This year is the 8^th year of this project with a slogan “We want your old bras”.
