Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to invite all shareholders to attend the 47^th annual general shareholders' meeting on Monday, April 25, 2016 at 15.00 hours at The Chaophaya Room 2 of The Montien Riverside Hotel. The record date for shareholders to be entitled to attend the AGM will be on Monday, March 21, 2016 and the names of shareholders will be compiled according to Section 225 of The Securities and Exchange Act by closing the shares registration book on Tuesday, March 22, 2016.
