Wacoal Partners with Phyathai-Paolo Hospital Group to Launch "SMART X" Back Support: An Innovative Posture Corrector Designed to Alleviate Muscle Pain Caused by Office Syndrome

          A substantial number of patients experiencing musculoskeletal issues suffer from "Office Syndrome," particularly those who work continuously in front of computers or remain in stationary positions for extended periods. Common symptoms include neck, shoulder, and upper back pain, lower back pain, scapular pain, tension headaches, and even numbness or pain radiating down the arms. This partnership marked the inception of the "SMART X" Back Support, an innovative posture corrector engineered to support body alignment, reduce spinal pressure, and promote proper sitting and standing postures. The concept behind this innovation seamlessly integrates ergonomic principles with modern textile technology. Recognizing that traditional back support devices often present limitations regarding daily comfort and usability, the development team created the "SMART X" Back Support to be worn seamlessly like regular apparel. It is fabricated from a high-stretch nylon-spandex blend that offers an optimal fit, lightweight comfort, high breathability, and unrestricted mobility. Furthermore, it is machine washable, similar to standard undergarments. Designed as a unisex product suitable for both men and women, it is available in seven sizes ranging from S to 4XL (accommodating under bust measurements from 25 to 38 inches).
