Good Corporate Governance Code

"

     Pursuant to the Corporate Governance Code for Listed Companies 2017, The Board of Directors has issued The Good Corporate Governance Code, Third Edition. This latest edition shall be acknowledged and implemented by all directors, executive officers, and employees. It comprises the following elements:

  • The Good Corporate Governance Policy
  • The 8 Good Corporate Governance Principles
  • The Business Ethics
  • The Code of Conduct for Directors, Executive Officers, and Employees

     These Good Corporate Governance Code have been issued to replace the previous edition approved by the meeting of The Board of Directors no. 6/2019 on November 11, 2019. Approval was granted to this edition in the meeting of The Board of Directors no. 7/2023 on November 8, 2023, which came into force as of December 1, 2023.
