The Good Corporate Governance Principles (First Revision) have been issued to replace the previous edition approved by the meeting of The Board of Directors no. 3/2002 on November 11, 2002. Approval was granted to this edition in the meeting of The Board of Directors no. 5/2013 on February 20, 2014, which came into force as of February 20, 2014.
